I Breathe.

    long and deep,

       slowly, gently

          soft, sweet

             nothingness of life

         full of energy

      full of love.

I Smile.

    a simple smile

       at nothing

           because it feels good

               because my heart knows a secret

           because my soul knows what the secret is

       I smile at that.

    It  cures what ails me.

I Know.

     a higher Truth

         of Who I Am

         the heart of you  is my home.

     the body of you  is my own.

I Hear.

      the silence

          the secrets

              no longer separate from anything

          the love that Oneness brings

       the song of my Soul

In your love I have met God.

My beingness is changed forever.
